Roberto Cavalli Night - Goddess Warrior

I was invited to Roberto Cavalli  "Goddess War" Fashion Night 2011, last Thursday. The event took place at Immigrant Plaza Indonesia.

I went there with my prettiest best friend, Jesslyn Lim. A little sneak peak about her, she's a model. Can you see how tall she actually is, compares to me! -lol

I was wearing one shoulder sheer dress as a top and i mix it up with Zara abstract lines skirt, as the dresscode was anything with a touch of green and gold. I also swing a simple clutch, ground the ensemble with eye-catching heels. And i add up multiples of the gold metal kinds various bangles for a fun arm party.

Also met the "super strong cheek bones structure" model , Mona Qiera.

I just cut my bangs! I love bangs because they are such a great way to provide an instant tune-up for just about any hairstyle or look. Some of my friends likes my old bangs, but some says the new one's better, so what do you think?

Somewhere along the line

You know, not everything stays forever, even fairytales have endings . But there are some things you would fight for, so you can have them just a little longer. And everything worth having is worth waiting for. But if you never see it coming, then you just get to watch it go. Coz I do believe, if your wish doesn't come true, something better is meant for you :)

About the look, i wore this outfits to attend the LOOKBOOK Night Jakarta a few weeks ago. The one-shoulder satin top is actually a dress, but i love things that are beautifully crafted yet slightly askew. Therefore, I combined it with (one of my favorite) Ted Baker skirt, still with the same hue.

YSL Arty Ring is a such a heart heater. It's slightly edgy, yet look like vintage with a modern twist.

That navy rope is my current favorite injection.  I just love how a simple ensembles enhances the uniqueness of the whole outfits.

And the last but never least important item, (you name it!) - Yes, shoes! Color should be sophisticated, making your eyes sparkle and your skin tone warmer. So I added a splash of bright and contrast shoes for the pop color effect, so here goes the tangerine snake-leather pumps.

Marchioness Glitchess

Well I was just about to go to my dad’s birthday lunch and mentally sort through my clothes to figure out some sweet classy outfits to wear.

And I found this pretty off shoulder blouse that I had never used since I first bought it in Singapore a few months ago. It’s the perfect basic, but at the same time has such a whimsical quality with that ruffle and has smocked elastic banding around the neck.

And plus, I tied up a navy
blue rope at the waist to elevate this top from simple to chic.

They say less can be more, and i found it so true! I always adore effortless fascinating outfits. Especially for a petite like me, it's better to keep everything simple, try not to over-exaggerate. And one thing is for certain, black skinny jeans never went wrong! Yup, i decided to pair that breath taking blouse with my basic black jeans to simplify the look, yet still own some edginess.

Oh and those black suede pump shoes deserve some spotlight, don't you think?

Ultimately, as this is my very first post, big hello from me and lots of hearts are coming your way! :)
