Love for a Goldfish

I'm not sure what was I thinkin when i wrote the title of this post. Well maybe it was inspired by the gold accent in my cropped knit sweater. And the tangerine shoes I was wearing. Oh and I had a goldfish in my room back then, i named it Jelly. But unfortunately it died because i forgot to feed it for a few days. My bad :(

 

Please mind the grumpy face. The heat was so hot it really got me on my nerves so then I decided to tied my hair up.

Masquerade

It's funny how we decided to hide our flaws, walk through life living up to what others think of us. People tend to hide their insecurities and wear mask to cover it all. Do we find ourselves playing dress up in a masquerade ball?

It's in our nature to show the better part of us. Disguising our mistakes and past. We rush to cover up any unappealing qualities and end up of being what we're not.

Northern Lights

Warmest hello for you clowder :)

Well I know it's been a while, I've been sooo busy doing stuff at these past semester and today I finally manage my time to post something on my blog.

Oh how I miss this thing <3

So where do I start? Hmm if you notice, I grew my bangs back. I got tanned a little tiny bit. I gained weight (yes I've been eating dessert like crazy). But yet I'm still a one happy duck.

I said happy because I just got rid of my bad habit. I'm done whining and complaining.

One thing I've learned, and I learned it the hard way : 

Don't take your life too hard, it'll be hard on you. Take it easy, so life will be easy on you.

And if you always feel tired because of the problems in your life, maybe now it's the time to be tired of always being tired.

Oh and I'm planning to apply a student summer class in the UK next year. So excited to the bone! Hope everything goes well. Wish me plenty of good lucks :)

I'm not really good at expressing my feelings into words. I find it a little too hard to start. Well, this time I'm trying to share something more personal here. 

So there's this guy. He's cute, he's sweet, he's smart. He's someone I can talk to, he's someone I can trust.

Oh and guess what? He's probably reading this right now :)

We met in a very odd kind of way, it was just so out of hand, but i'm really glad that we met.

Yes, he's that one person that makes me feel special without even trying. He's stuck on me and my laughing eyes. Geez. He got me.

You know when you're trying to sleep, but you keep thinking of that someone. And then that smile creeps up on your face, and you realize you're simply in love. <3

Peek A Boo !

I know it's been a while for me since the last time I updated my blog. I feel like my hours keep slipping away, and I've not always been good at managing my time. So then I decided to put "improve my time-management skill" as one of my new year resolution list.

Lace oh Lace, it seems like this delicate fabric is now anything but. 

It's spring-and-summer done right ; soft lace top paired with pastel green maxi skirt for day (call it makeunder).

Reinforce the laidback, urban feel with wedges and a satchel in neutral shades. I took it seaside with straw and wooden accessories as well.

Anyway, Happy Twenty Twelve everyone! So how was your holiday? Hope you all had a splendid one. :)

Hungry Rabbit Jumps

Have you ever notice how day by day feels like nothing changes but then you look back and realized nothing is the same? I was kinda exploring my self and reached myself deep, I started to look back on what I've lost then I realized that what I have now is way better. Somehow I feel that my life is super magical, i know it sounds like emphasizing, but really! I've never ever been this happier. And i can tell that my best friends are one of the happiest reasons why :)

Lessons Learned : Life goes on. Probably not the way you wanted it to be, but always the way it's supposed to be.

Anyway, I was wearing this outfit for a late lunch with my friends. I scored that flowy skirt from TOPSHOP sale a few days ago, I paired it with green olive camisole in the inside, and covered it up with a quintessential blazer to get myself a little lady look.

Out Of Sequins

Hollaback there! :) I had just gone through a super busy week. A week full of assignments and mooore assignments. I guess procrastination is my biggest monster ;( And yet, I should gladly say that I've been tripping around a little as well. Cheers that to my friends, they turned my saturation into a happy situation <3

I wore this outfits last Saturday. I was sort of thinking that my whole week was a little too "grayish", so i decided to end the week with eclectic outfits, hoping that next week would be much much better and a more lot brighter than this week.

I couldn’t find anything until I went to my “dressy” section and found this light peach sequined top. Then I paired it with my latex legging to provide an unexpected contrast to the bright shades.

Sun-kissed makeup and wavy hair keep the look soft and simple

Double the ring, double the bangles, double kill :) And isn't the blue nail polish is deadly electrifying? They simply stole my heartbeat

Roberto Cavalli Night - Goddess Warrior

I was invited to Roberto Cavalli  "Goddess War" Fashion Night 2011, last Thursday. The event took place at Immigrant Plaza Indonesia. 

I went there with my prettiest best friend, Jesslyn Lim. A little sneak peak about her, she's a model. Can you see how tall she actually is, compares to me! -lol

I was wearing one shoulder sheer dress as a top and i mix it up with Zara abstract lines skirt, as the dresscode was anything with a touch of green and gold. I also swing a simple clutch, ground the ensemble with eye-catching heels. And i add up multiples of the gold metal kinds various bangles for a fun arm party.

Also met the "super strong cheek bones structure" model , Mona Qiera.

I just cut my bangs! I love bangs because they are such a great way to provide an instant tune-up for just about any hairstyle or look. Some of my friends likes my old bangs, but some says the new one's better, so what do you think?
